Merger Alert: T-Mobile & Sprint Worker Survey

T-Mobile and Sprint announced their intention to merge, with T-Mobile paying Sprint $26 billion and keeping control of the proposed new corporation in the hands of T-Mobile CEO John Legere.

The elected Steering Committee of T-Mobile Workers United (TU), we have a lot of questions about what a merger would mean for workers and our customers, and we’re sure you do too. That’s why we’ve created a short survey to help start this conversation with our coworkers.

As the details of this merger get worked out shareholders’ concerns will be heard by regulators in a process that could take months. Will ours?

This is your opportunity to weigh in. Will this merger be good or bad for workers? And what about our customers?

Take a moment to share your thoughts and questions with us in this short survey.

Our union’s research team is looking into the company’s job projections and comparing them with past mergers. We’ll report back to you with what we learn, including the results of our survey.

We’re watching what happens closely. No matter the outcome, TU members will continue to organize and fight on behalf of T-Mobile workers everywhere. We are always stronger when we work together.
